This website (“Harambeetoday.org” or “Site”) is operated by HARAMBEETODAY, a Colorado non-profit corporation.  Your use of this website indicates your agreement to the following terms and any other terms that may appear on other portions of the Site (collectively, “Terms of Service”).  If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use this Site.  These Terms of Service apply whether you have reached Harambeetoday.org directly or through another address, for example harambeetoday.com.

HARAMBEETODAY may change the Terms of Service at any time.  Additions and deletions to the Terms of Service will be effective on posting, and your continued use of the Site indicates your agreement to any changes.

HARAMBEETODAY may change or discontinue any aspect of the operation of this Site at any time.

We have rights in our Site and the material on it.

We are not responsible for the acts of our advertisers.

These Terms of Service are our entire agreement.

These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.  By your use of Harambeetoday.org, you submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the County of Denver in the State of Colorado for any action arising from your use of Harambeetoday.org.
